A:The Incisive Panel is a group created for research purposes only. The group has been created by Incisive Media and Toluna. We will ask you to participate in questionnaires via email and potentially some other kinds of market research.

A:Simply fill in our registration form on this minisite. You will then be sent an email which you will need to validate in order to confirm your registration.
Q: Is registration free?
A: Registration for the Incisive Panel is entirely free- you will not be asked for any payment. On the contrary, it is you who can win rewards by taking part in our surveys.

Q: What is done with the information I submit to the Incisive Panel?
A: We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 . We undertake not to distribute any of your personal information to any third-party. As part of the tests of products and services, The Incisive Panel will carry out marketing studies; these will never refer to your named or personal data. They will consist only of overall results based on compiling the questionnaires returned by the respondants. Q: How can I edit my personal information?
A: Go to the registration page where your personal information will appear on the page if you are logged in. You can then modify your details and click Validate to save.

A:To terminate your account please send an email to incisivepanel@toluna.co.uk with Unsubscribe clearly marked in the subject line of your email.
Q: How does the reward system work?
A: Incisive Media and Toluna will track your survey complete status. At the time you complete 5 Toluna executed surveys £50 will be sent to you via a check, to the address you provided us in Your Profile (sending processed once a month). Your account is updated within 30 days after the end of the survey.
Q: What can I win?
A: Incisive Panel pays £50 for 5 survey completes.

Q: How can I participate in surveys?
A: Simply sign up for the Incisive Panel and check your mailbox regularly: if a survey matches your profile, you will receive an invitation by email. The more up to date your profile is, the more chances you have of being invited to take part in surveys.
Q: How often will I be invited to participate in online surveys?
A: It all depends on your profile, but you will not receive more than 12 invitations per month.
Q: On average, how long does an online survey take?
A: A survey lasts on average 15 minutes. We try to ensure that all the surveys are as short and simple as possible but sometimes our clients may want some very detailed information about a certain topic and they will take longer.
Q: Will Incisive Panel try to sell me something?
A: No; under no circumstances will surveys be used to sell or promote a product, nor will you receive any advertising or promotional material from Incisive Panel.
Q: How long do I have to complete the survey?
A: Usually you have 5 - 10 days to answer the survey. The email invitation to the survey will let you know how much time you have to answer. After a few days, an email reminder may be sent to you if you have not replied.
Q: Will Incisive Panel or one its partners have access to my replies?
A: There is never a direct link between your personal data (name, address, company name) and your survey answers. We conform to english law concerning data protectuon and have similarly contracted with our technical partners.
Q: I've forgotten my password or my login name, what can I do?
A: Go to the home page where you can login and select Forgotten Password or Login. You will then be sent an email with your login details
